Here you can find vaporization temperatures of the respective herbs and plants. Most herbs/plants will have a temperature range. The exact temperature is dependent on how dry/humid it is and how much it has been chopped up. If the herb/plant is relatively humid and chopped up in bigger pieces a higher temperature is required.
